However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of the delivery date, less any postage and handling costs.
Any delivery charges or postage costs incurred by returning the products will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using registered post or a postal service with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Customers are responsible for additional postage costs due to incorrect ordering or change of mind.

Any damages to chandeliers must be reported by fax or email the day of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unused with the tags attached, along with the original packaging.
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your item via the payment method you used to place the original order.
