However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note - unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any returns postage charge and "Custom Made" items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Any delivery charges or postage costs incurred by returning the products will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). Any damages to chandeliers must be reported by fax or email the day of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unused with the tags attached, along with the original packaging.
