However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note - unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any returns postage charge and "Custom Made" items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Any damages to chandeliers must be reported by fax or email within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unused with the tags attached, along with the original packaging.
